Engine Performance problem
1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The car wont start without adding starting fluid to the engine and then it wont stay started. What could be the problem?

Hi, how long since a tune-up? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Possible issue with fuel pump or wiring circuits. If the pump doesn't run, check proper terminals at fuel pump connector for voltage and ground. When you first turn the key on, no crank, can you hear the pump run?
