I have a 88 Cutlass Cierra. Car runs great when first started. After it warms up however it intermitantly stalls. Once it stalls if you wait a minute or two it will restart and run with no problem but will shortly thereafter run rough and then stall again. Once the car is warm it does this both when just idling, and/or while the engined is reved up. Again, when the car is cold it runs great. Timing belt was changed within the last year, replaced the alternator and plugs, have also replaced the mass air flow sensor. We have done diagnostics on crank case and cam shaft sensors, as well as the ingition control module and everything seems to work fine, until it just stalls. It's as if it gets to a certaiin point and the timing goes out of whack. We can't figure this out, and nothing makes any sense. Does anyone have any ideas?

No the check engine light did not come on. Actually we have found the problem. The crank shaft positioning sensor was not adjusted properly when it was installed. When the engine heated up the sensor was being hit by the crankshaft head causing it to lose it's positioning and the intermittant stalling. Replaced the sensor and she runs fine now.
