Engine Performance problem
1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Lately when I drive for a spell the car quits. After a hour or so I am able to start it up and continue operating. Just seems like when it gets hot then it quits. Sometimes I can run all day before it quits. Any ideas

Welcome to the forum, when the problem occurs, have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Any trouble codes?
