1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Front Wheel Drive Automatic 99000 miles

my daughter drives a 95 cutless supreme. The engine stalls while driving, it has in the past started right back up and ran fine. This last time the car stalled at 60 MPH on the highway and it will not restart. I would appreciate any ideas on what may be wrong.

Does the car go completely dead when it stalls, No battery power? If so could be a damaged wire from the battery to the starter. I had one go bad once and the car would stall but restart. When the wire got even more damaged it didn't start back up. This main wire is the main path for the electric supply to your car. It can get damaged internaly
