I don't know of anyone making a highrise air shock, but JC Whitney used to carry extensions you can put on the top of the shock to add 2-3 inches, or you could redrill the holes in the rear where the bottom of the shock mounts, or get wheels with a different offset.I don't suggest raising the car too high, it"ll reak havoc with the haddling of the car.
