You'll need to determine what is missing when the no start condition exists, ie. Fuel pressure, spark, injector pulse or any combination of the three. I'm going to assume it's spark. Buy yourself a small tube or silicone or dialectric grease. Romove the connectors around the coil pack. Make sure they're clean, grease them up and put back together. You'll know if you got it the next time it rains. Hope this helps.

OK, but, are you getting a pulse to the injectors to fire them? You can check this with an ordinary test light a the injector connector as you crank the engine.

You still need to check injector pulse. If the ECM isn't firing the injectors, it's not going to start.
