Oil pan removal

I can not get the oil pan off. I have the engine raised up and the 10 bolts out of the oil pan and the 3 bolts out of the transmission housing to the oil pan. I also have the filter and the housing piece (can not think of the name of it) its attached to removed. But I can not get it to budge. Am I missing something? And what are the two rubber grommets hanging down at the back of the oil pan there for?

The rubber grommets hides 2 more bolts. Remove them to gain access to the remaining bolts.

You are supposed to remove the engine to get pan off because you can't get the crank to turn enough to squeeze it by
