Have been told that the vehicle has slow seeping oil leaks from the oil pan and crank front seal.
But because of the age/miles and no maintenance/repair knowledge of the vehicle it was suggested that a better use of funds would be to perform six cylinder tune-up, replace manifold gasket, perform fuel injection service, and remove/replace valve cover gasket. (Was told these thing should be performed at the same time.)
The vehicle runs to me okay.
What should be done first the oil leak repairs or the tune-up?

Hello and welcome to 2CarPros. If the car is running fine, then go ahead with just getting the leaks fixed. I'd bet that the shop is just trying to sell extra services. While it's never a bad idea to have a tune up done, it's not really needed right now. I say just get the leaks fixed.
