I got into an accident yesterday and now I have an oil leak on the passenger side near the wheel and the car will not turn over. Is there a common problem spot for the oil in that location, and why will not the car start?

Hi there, start with the basics; get for power at the starter motor if it is not turning over, you probably have a broken or loose wire.

I just replaced the starter, battery, and terminals no more then a month ago. It is acting like it is out of gas but it is not.

So it is cranking over then? Then go back to the basics again, check for spark, fuel and compression

I know the fuel and sparks are good. How do I check compression?

My guess, if you got into an accident is that you have some broken or crushed wires somewhere. I would start looking around where the car was damaged and check the wiring harness.

Well, the thing with that is it was not much of an impact, but it was at rear left of the car near the tail light.

Okay, so lets be clear here. The car does not crank over right after a crash?

If it is not cranking over check for power on the starter wires with the key turned over.
