The first thing you need to do is verify if you have power going to the heater element on the oxygen sensor. If no power then check the fuses.
As you can see in the diagram the pink wire should supply the battery voltage to the sensor from the fuse located under the engine compartment. Test that circuit out for a fault.
If all is good then I would recommend you replace the oxygen sensor with a Delphi brand. When you buy store brand sensors the heater resistance could be much higher causing the light to come on.
