When I stop the engine of my vehicle listed above due to overhaul cylinder head.
Then after re assemble of cylinder head and try to start but will not start even a small sign of engine run not yet. Thank you for your advice.
Question, why engine did not start after overhauling? I buy new battery. Also new MAF installed we check all electric connections.
Is there any other problem to my car?
Is my car possible to start again?
How can I get help through your site?
Do you have a crew for home service?

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.com.

I am not familiar with this vehicle, but after doing research, I found it is based on a Ford Ranger. With that being said, I will provide the engine information for the ranger, which should be the same.

First, please understand there could be many causes for a no start. Here is a link I need you to review. It discuss many reasons for a no start. Hopefully, you will see the problem.

Next, since you had the cylinder head off,. the engine needed to be re-timed. I do not have information for a 2.5L engine. Is there a chance you meant 2.3L?

Finally, I need you to complete a compression test on the engine. This will tell me if the overhaul was successful, if timing is wrong.

Here are directions for this:

I hope this helps. Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.

Take care,
Joe
