timing belt screeching sound occurred when on top speed of 120 mph. got wary of it what does the sound means?

The belt is loose. It needs to be tightened. It is probably the serpentine belt though. If your timing belt slipped at 120mph Im guessing the RPMs would be high and if you have an interface engine... It would of blown up.
