Not starting?

I hear the fuel pump but still doesn't start.

Hello,

Generally speaking, you will need spark and fuel in order for the engine to start, along with good compression.

It is possible that even with the fuel pump turning on, there is not enough fuel pressure to start the engine.
Try spraying starting fluid into the intake and see if it starts. If the engine starts for a few seconds then stops, you will know the issue is fuel delivery.
