Welcome to 2CarPros.
The first thing I find interesting is that one changed the crankshaft sensor which indicated he felt there was no spark to the plugs, and the other changed the fuel pump. Those are two opposite ends of the spectrum.
To just replace parts is usually very costly and unproductive, as I'm sure you already know. Now, if they can't get a scanner to work on the OBD port, they need to check if there is power to the port and a good ground. The OBD 2 ports are set up the same, so they should know exactly which pins to check.
Can you tell me how bad you were hit? Did the problem start immediately after the accident? Also, if you have the vehicle, I need you to check a few things for me. Here are links that discuss a crank / no start condition. The second and third explain how to check for ignition spark and fuel pressure. If you can, follow the links and let me know the results.

Also, check fuse 9 in the fuse box. I attached a picture of location and one indicating what it powers.

The last picture shows the pinout locations for the OBD port. Power and ground need confirmed.
I realize this is may be confusing, but please feel free to ask questions if you have them. Also, if they told you if there was no spark to the engine and no fuel, let me know.
Take care,
Joe
