Not shifting

Replaced the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder, but cannot shift.

If it will shift while engine is off then it is probably a clutch problem or air in system. Also, check cables or linkage for proper adjustment or stretched cables. If it will not shift with engine off then it is either a transmission problem like a synchro/shift fork etc assuming linkage is okay.
