I recently replaced a power steering pump and a CV Boot. They are working fine but I have this noise underneath the car like a bump, bump, bump, the faster you go the noise goes faster. The CV boot I replaced was torn and out of grease.
Do you think it would be the CV joint (which looked fine), axle, or something else?

It sounds like something get inside the CV joint or it is just bad, did you reconnect the sway bar link after you removed the CV axle? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response.

I will try to take a video but have never done that before. The clunking noise does not do it in reverse or when you are turning, just going forward. But it does get louder with speed. Also, my driver side window goes down but won't go up. All the other windows work fine. Thank you

For the window problem you will need to start a new question. If the axle is no good and making noise I would replace it with a rebuilt unit from Amazon. Is the wheel tight? Also, here is the instructions on how to change the CV axle out so you can recheck your work.
