Welcome to 2CarPros.
The anti-theft immobilizer on this vehicle is controlled by the power-train control module (PCM). There isn't a "reset". If you have tried a different key and it does the same thing, here is the next step to try. Note, you will need specific info for this procedure and a proper scan tool.
____________
For SKIM theft alarm:
ACTION:
1. Connect the DRB to the data link connector.
2. Go to Engine, Misc. And place the SKIM in secured access mode, by using the appropriate PIN code for this vehicle.
3. Select Update the Secret Key data, data will be transferred from the SKIM to the PCM.
___________
There is one last thought that came into my mind. Try this. It may or may not help, but worth trying.
Disconnect the battery cables. Using a plastic zip tie, join the two battery terminals together and allow them to stay that way for at least 10 minutes. This will drain all power from any capacitors in the system. This may or may not reset the system, but may help.
Let me know if this helps. I wish I had an easier solution.
Take care,
Joe
