We need to start with the basics and find out if we have spark and fuel to determine what direction to go. The reason is, neither of these codes by themselves is going to cause a no start.
So that mean we need to find out if we have fuel and spark and go from there.

Also, when you say you got it started is that recent or before these codes? Also, did you have these codes from the start of all this or did they just come up recently?
The only one I am concerned with right now is the U code as that is a communication code with the ECM. Here is a guide that talks more about this network as we may need to go down this road depending on what we find with fuel and spark:

Just start with using starter fluid in the intake and see if it fires. If it does then we have a fuel issue. If not, we need to check spark.
