Will not start?

truck cut off while driving after sitting for a few minutes it started went to start it next day it won't start. replaced the coil has had a recent tune up. replaced the fuel pump in the tank also high pressure pump and the fuel pump relay still wont start. it does crank but won't fire. it does sound like the fuel pump runs for a few seconds when the key is turned on. i'm at a loss as to the problem. this is truck listed above.

How does the engine sound when cranking over? normal? Also we need to check for spark it see if the problem is fuel or ignition related. Also these trucks had a problem with the EEC relay. Here are guides and diagrams below to help us fix the problem:
