Engine cranks but won't start has spark and fuel. When key is Seth to 2 clicks the fuel pump will continually cycle fuel to the return.

Engine cranks but will not start, it has spark and fuel?

It sounds like the timing belt let go, but to be sure you can remove the valve cover and see if the camshaft turns when the engine is cranked over or do a compression test or upload a video of the engine cranking and I can tell you if the timing belt is the problem. Here is how to replace the belt in case you need it. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
