All lights and windows work but car will not let you change settings or play music. car was working fine one day the next day it was cold and the car would not start. I got a boost it worked then had another cold day it would not start. changed battery car still would not start. changed starter and car is still not starting. new starter sounds like it turning over though.

If the new starter is turning the engine over and it refuses to start, check to see if it will start using starting fluid. If it starts and runs a couple seconds, then the problem is fuel related. If it does not start, check to see if there is spark to the plugs.
