I bought this car as a project, boy what is this a project.
Battery was empty, charged it few times. -Ok.
Cleared memory of instrument cluster with EVO diagnose device.
Theft telltale stays on while cranking, tried resetting but light does not blink or go out after 12 mins.
Have no fuel deliverance and no spark. Something tells me it still is the Theft system but can't come any further.
Car is a 2.2L A/T.

If you have a different key try that as the diode inkey may be bad or diode in switch is. If that doesn't do it you need a tech 1 tool to diagnose what is wrong

Both keys don't work, they have no inkey diode as far as I can see( 1 key is bare metal), but I have separate hangers on keychain. Don't know what resistance they should be.
There is also a separate "resistance ring" around my ignition/contact (besides the one IN the contact/ignition switch. Maybe a part of aftermarket alarm? Or replacing the THEFT system?
Looking for scematics of ignition wiring and fuelsystem.
I'm a mechanic but not familiar with American cars (yet).

Checked all voltages in fusebox under hood, they were fine, checked all under dash and I got 1.75V on: Turn-BU, ERLS, Alarm, PCM/IGN, IGN, F/P-INJ, AIRBAG.
These are the front 2 rows from bottom up. Had a look and seems like the entire dash has to be removed if you want to check out the cables behind the fusebox?
Anyone got a common diagnostic or where this cable leads in positive side? Directly from fusebox under hood?

And for the reply from Hmac300, checked live data with OBDII-scanner and gives VTD 99 with ign. On, not running. And 255 while cranking.

Neither one of those codes match anything it should be like a p0255 but there isn't one and nothing with a vtd it has to be a p-b-or c code. Hiere is pic for power supply for I/p fuse box.

Those are no codes, they are live feed. There are no faultcodes anymore, except I can't get into ecm/pcm and don't know how to read that manually.

We don't have anything to relate to live feed. If you can't get anything from aldl then check for poor connections at both ends or a wiring issue. You might check someone whom has access to live feeds. But normally that is on the engineering end. You need a scanner to read the ecm if you get a cheap one it will only read trans and engine codes.
