No response from cabin HVAC control unit?

No response from cabin control unit when powered on the clock displays but nothing else no fans motors nothing, I've checked the fuses but can't find any that are bad. I used a multimeter on both sides I will add that at the harness that plugs into the cabin control module I get no reading from any of the wires that connect except for the constant yellow I can't find a diagram for this year and model but on other Toyota diagrams I see I should be getting voltage on the red and purple wires I know my definition of the words used is rudimentary, and I have no choice but to try and fix it myself taking and paying for a professional is out of the question it would be a good day if I could even afford to buy the gas to get it there, and I'm feeling like I'm probably going to suffer the rest of the hot summer but I've got to get it fixed somehow I will need heat and defrost which if I can't get it fixed will make the car almost impossible to drive but that's where I am no response at all from the cabin control unit where should I start is there a relay that I don't know about or can't find?
