No power when accelerating

My brother gave me the vehicle listed above. he had taken apart the vacuum hoses and lost them, the hoses he got I put in the best I could it starts and drives but not getting power when i step on the gas like it's clogged or something. could it be the hoses because they're random?

The hoses can be an issue. When you drive it, are there any noises or smells you notice? Anytime someone mentions a power loss as you described, I think the catalytic converter is plugged. Take a look through this link and let me know if the symptoms seem to mirror what is described:
