I have recently changed the fuel pump and it works, there is no power going to the pump. I though it may be the fuel shut off switch so I by passed it, but there is no juice going to it either. I have checked all the fuses and relays, and just changed the spark plugs and wires. I just do not know why there is no power going to pump or where the shit off switch is.

Unless you are cranking the engine, there had better not be twelve volts to the fuel pump. If it was there just by turning on the ignition switch, you would have a serious fire hazard if a fuel line got ruptured in a crash.

What kind of problem are you trying to solve? If you have a crank/no-start, have you checked for spark? What about reading the diagnostic fault codes?
