Hi,
Have you checked for spark at cylinders 3 and 4? If you have spark, we have a different issue.
Is there any smoke from the exhaust or odd odors? What codes were found when you scanned the computer?
Do me a favor. Confirm if there is or isn't spark to the affected cylinders.
Here is a link that explains how it's done:

If there is no spark, we need to check if the two coil packs are getting power, ground, and a ground reference signal.
If you look below, I attached the schematic of the coils. The yellow wire with a gray tracer should have power at all times with the key on. Confirm that. If that is good, then we need to check the black wire with a violet tracer for continuity to ground. If that is good, we need to confirm the PCM is providing a ground reference signal. Here is how to do this:
First, disconnect one of the connectors at 3 or 4. On cylinder 3, you need to locate the blue wire with an orange tracer. Let's start with that one first.
Take a test lamp and connect one side to the battery-positive terminal. In the wiring connector, locate the blue/orange wire and touch the connector pin with the other end of the test lamp. Have a helper crank the engine. If the PCM is doing its job, the test lamp will blink on and off. If it never turns on, the PCM isn't providing a ground path.
You can do the same on cylinder 4. The only difference is the wire to test in the connector is a green wire with a violet tracer. Don't mix it up with the ground wire.

Let me know what you find or if you have questions.
Take care,
Joe
Note: you don't need to perform the last test if you have spark at the plug when testing.
