Fuel delivery to the engine issue?

I wasn't getting fuel on my truck listed above. I bought a new fuel pump installed it, and it's still not getting fuel. I checked the relay and fuse under the hood. I pulled the clip at the fuel pump and hotwired it on the blue side and it turned on. Help what am i missing? oh, i did locate the fmi or emi or something behind the glove box , but is there a way to test this part?

Will the truck run on starting fluid? If you are talking about the ECM there is no easy way to test it. If the engine won't run with the fuel pump running let's check for injector pulse.
