Bought the car listed above, test drove and it ran fine. Now it's failing to start. It will run if fuel is poured into the fourth throttle body. The fuel pump works when the relay is jumped but still won't run. Disconnecting the line from the throttle body and jumping the relay produces fuel so I know the line isn't plugged. I've replaced the fuel pump relay, EEC, and fuel filter so far. Tried a new ignition switch as well. Any suggestions?

Hi,

That is good that you are getting fuel to the engine however, do you know if it is getting to the combustion chamber? If the engine starts with using a starter fluid then clearly your fuel delivery is the issue. These cars use what is called a fuel charging assembly. I attached the detail about it but basically you want to make sure your regulator is not preventing fuel from entering the engine.

If you look at the fuel pressure relief valve and cap, this should be a schrader valve where you can screw on a fuel pressure gauge. Also, this should be after your regulator, so if you have low or no pressure then the regulator is your issue.

Start with getting a fuel pressure and we can go from there. Thanks
