Hi,
The crankshaft bolt is tight! Do this. Since you have a breaker bar on it, take a heavy hammer and smack the breaker bar a couple of times and the bolt should come loose. If you have an air impact, that will take it right off.
Now, the I and the E stand for intake and exhaust. It's identifying what each camshaft is for.
If you have a leak, then consider replacing the front crankshaft seal. If it isn't leaking, just make sure to lubricate the seal with motor oil before putting things back together.
Also, the timing belt does appear to have a good bit of play, but that can be because of the positioning of the cams.
