No cold A/C

No cold A/C just outside air temperature. Display inside car says air on. The compressor clutch does not engage and the engine cooling fan does not turn on unless you unplug the wires from the pressure switch . fuse not blown and relay is okay. Tried to buy some 134a but could only find synthetic 12a . Will that work ? so is it the clutch or the pressure solenoid on the compressor or just low refrigerant or something else ? It only has 30,000 miles .

You would need to check refrigerant level since you need to have a full system to kick on the compressor. Also, I would not recommend pumping anything else except R134. Here is a link on how to charge your system:
