I cycled it to windshield vents and floor air is blowing fine but nothing coming out of the center vents. The outside vents close to the doors have air blowing out, but they are not strong. Heat and A/C both work but do not come out of the center vents.

It sounds like the mode actuator is not working correctly. Do you hear a clicking noise from under the dash when changing the HVAC controls? If so, this a sure sign the actuator has gone bad but it can still be bad without the noise. Here is the location of the mode actuator so you can check it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I did hear the clicking for a while. Please send the instrument panel removal instructions. Or any instructions I need with pictures to get to the mode actuator.
Thanks

This might be a little advanced for someone new to car repair but I can help walk you through it if you upload images or short videos. Here are some instructions that can help. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
