I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO REMOVE THE 2 TABBED PLASTIC COVER, BUT THE FILTER IS UNDERNEATH THAT, AND NO ONE CAN TELL ME HOW TO GET TO IT......

YOU MEAN THAT I HAVE A HEATER PROBLEM IF I CANNOT FIND OUT HOW TO GET THE FILTER OUT???

its a real pain in the buttttttt, dont cut your hand in the process, take it to the dealer lol
