No acceleration sometimes

My vehicle will start no problem sometimes but will have trouble reving and moving it sometimes stalls when going at speed other times it won't let me go up hills I am stumped fuel filter has been changed and timing has been adjusted the car lurches at speed to and engine has been replaced recently

Check your fuel pressure kind of sounds like it's low auto part rent gauge this may require an adapter if not fuel rail connection. see link.
