1999 Nissan Pulsar Car won't rev past 2 grand

So my car broke down I towed it home had no spark changed spark plugs and leads still no spark I had put a new distributor on it and I got spark the car had started and now ever since I have got it started it won't rev past 2 grand and when you drive it still won't do it but jumps when you get to 2 grand. I had put a sr20 maf sensor to see if that was the working still didn't work I'm lost and have no clue what is wrong with it could you guys please help me really need to get my car back on the road.

have a local pro scan this, by putting in dist the cam and crank sensors may be out of sync so he will need his scanner to fix it.
