You did it. The way to test supply voltage is to unhook the connector at the component and check for voltage on that pin to a known good ground.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-a-voltmeter

So when you are not getting no voltage with this key on then that control module is not sending it and has failed.

This applies to any supply voltage including a 5 volt supply.

Sounds like the driver in the module has failed and needs replaced. The ASD and other relays would not effect this as the PCM controls these relays through the ground side but would not effect the supply voltage.

Take a look at the info below but sounds like you don't need it. In case others in the future this includes the wiring diagram on the wire you are referring to.

Please let us know what questions you have. Thanks

Yep. Clearly I am not looking at the vehicle but if it were me, I would be ordering a PCM for it as well.

Thanks for using 2CarPros. Please let us know how this turns out. Thanks

Does it need to be programed by a locksmith because of the immobilizer system?

I don't think this vehicle has an immobilizer where there is a chip in the key. I think it only has the keyless entry. When you turn the key on, do you have a red theft light on the dash?

I don't show one on this vehicle so no it does not.

However, if you happen to have one, then yes they need to be programmed.
