Nissan Pickup rattling noise

I have a 1993 Nissan pickup 110000 with 4 cylinder my problem is when I press the gas and release it I can hear a rattle around the exhaust manifold. It does not rattle when I accelerate or during idle. I removed all of the heat shields and that did not help so I put them back on. Any help with this problem I would greatly appreciate.

Check the exhaust manifold gasket.
Block the tires and put the parking brake and check where the noise is comming from.
But looks like a bad gasket.
