I just got this truck (used from a 1 owner) and the check engine light is on.
i have read on the net about self diagnostics and i do not think mine has it. Autozone says they can't check it or sell me a tester either, same with other parts stores.
i am pretty sure theres no switch on the computer or anything that can be turned with a screw driver.
i did find a diagnostic port under the dash, it also has a blue one by it.What tester do i buy?
does it support self diagnose?
where do i go from here?
