Has it ever set the check engine light? if so have it scanned for codes.Is uphill under load the only time is misses?Sounds like ignition if that is the case.Does it feel like you are losing 1 cylinder or does the engine feel like it is stumbling?May want to check fuel pressure if that is the case, a lean mixture can cause random misfires, plus that could explain the slow starting
