Nissan pick up not running correct

1991 nissan 4 cyl. 115,000 miles. Car was running fine then went sour. Feels like not on all cylinders. Truck starts fine but not enough power to move. Oil looks fine, changed the plugs wires no help. Truck will idle a little rough with some sputter and a little white smoke(just a trace). Does this sound terminal. Thanks

I coulnt tell ya, I had it about two years, I put new wires, plugs on a bout a month ago and nothing changed? Thanks

Go back in the spark plugs and inspect for fouling and when you have some funds change the cap and rotor, fuel filter PCV valve and check the ignition timing and its fuel pressure to include exhaust restriction for no power

Is this a KA24 engine
