1996 Nissan Truck rough idle

my truck is a 1996 hardbody 2.4 cyl it has rough idle i have changed plugs, wires,dist cap removed the converter cleaned the egr valve, and the idle air control valve it had alot of carbon in it ,cleaned the throttle body .to no luck/and the fuel milage is awful and changed the rotor button, i was told it could be the fuel pressure regulator, or the iac valve its kicking my but can you help

Engine running rough or misfiring can be cause by the following:

1.Defective spark plug
2.Inadequate spark/coil,defective spark plug wire.
3.Lack of compression
4.False air leakage.
5.Faulty fuel injectors.
6.Insufficient fuel pressure.
7.Contaminated fuel.
8.EGR valve that is leaking.
9.Oxygen sensors.
10.Throttle position sensor.
11.Idle air control valve.
