Heater problem
1996 Nissan Truck 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive 77,000 miles

the fan works but appears to be pushing against something, since the fan, even at full speed, does not push any air through the vents. What do I do? and How? Which parts do I remove to clear the blockage

Inspect the blower motor it could be binding/jammed on the housing
