1995 Nissan Truck Which fuel pump.

It seems that I need to replace my fuel pump. When I call around to check prices I am told that there are two different pumps. One is "heavy duty".
When I check online it looks like either will fit my truck. How can I tell which to use?

See below-either will work as long as it can produce the correct pressure when demanded-for me I'll take the HD.
