Cranks good in summer but in winter it clicks when first trying to start but it will finally start. Starter and battery has been changed, what could be the problem?

its either a weak battery that is too old to supply the amps at winter, which is the most likely cause. either that or its that your starter solenoid/relay is bad or the starter is in need of a rebuild.
