My truck will not start when you turn key sounds like selenoid is trying to kick the starter in but the engine will not turn over. I have put 2 starters on in past 6months because they have tested bad. I need help

Your probable causes here could be the following starter, starter relay, clutch switch and ignition switch-double check battery and connections to include the starter side.
