I'm having one heck of a time breaking loose the lower ball joints. I've been hammering away with a pickle fork and with no success. Should I be using a "press kit?" If so, do I have enough room to apply a press kit? What other suggestions do you have for breaking loose the ball joints? Also, in order to remove the lower ball joint once it's broken loose, do I have to remove the drive shaft boot?
