1995 Nissan Truck bad alternator

my brake light and battery light stays on.when i turned my signal lights on my radio flashed with the signal lights and my dashboard lights went dim.i made it home and when i cut it off it was dragging and would not start only making a clicking noise.what does this sound like?

Hello,

Sounds like your alternator. If you can remove it and take it by your local auto parts store and have then test it. You will also need to charge up your battery.
