1994 nissan p/u 4 cyl, it wont shift out of first gear,its an automatic transmission,i,ve checked the fluid level and its ok,any ideas what it could be?any help would be greatly appreciated

Bring it in and have pressure tested could be slipping or a sticking shift solenoid.
