Can you give some more detail on what she is doing? IE turning over with low RPM? Do you have spark at the plug? etc.

I replaced the coil and still nothing, i have no noise coming from the starter like i would normally hear a clicking or such. I took the old coil in to have it tested and they couldn't get conductivity at all so i assumed it could possibly be the coil then replaced and found out the above.

I charged the battery overnight and tried it with that and nothing, I also took my battery out of my other running car and nothing as well!!

That's what makes me think it's the starter.

Did you get your truck started yet?
My best guess is not the starter, but the fuel pump.
Here is a test:
Take off the snorkle hose going to the throttle body.
Hold open the throttle plate and spray a fair amount of starting fluid into the throttle body.
If the truck starts right up, it is running on the starting fluid, and your problem is fuel related. Doesn't necessarily have to be the pump, a bad regulator won't start it either. But at least you've narrowed it down.
Of course if it is a bad pump, it will only run for a minute until the starting fluid is burned up, then it will stall again.
Good Luck,
Joe
