I HAVE A HIGH PITCHED SQUEAL WHEN I GET UP2 ABOUT 2.5 RPMS. ALL MY BELTS R TIGHT. I HAVE A SMALL LEAK IN THE POWER STEERINGBUT IT STARTED ABOUT 2 MONTHS LATER.

Squealing upfront could be caused by a driven pulley on its way out such as steering pump/alternator/water pump/AC compressor. You need to pin point the exact area where the noise is located in order for us to assist.
