I am been having intermittent idleing issues. A local mechanic has already replace the TPS and the fuel solenoid. They had seviced the throttle body as well. The mechanic I have been taking my truck to does not seem like they can figure this out. Somebody told me this can be caused by a vacuum leak? Right now about every other time I start the car I have issues with the idle. It never runs on the low end but always high. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Sounds like vaccum leak, bad egr valve, bad pcv valve or lastly a bad IAC motor. Those will all cause high idle and intermittenly also, especially the bad egr and pcv and iac.

Where is the pcv valve and egr valve located on this 1992 nissan hard body. The IAC has already been replaced. How do you test for a vacuum leak?
